Course on Management and Governance of Artificial Intelligence

The Artificial Intelligence Implementation and Governance Course is designed for those who have completed the Artificial Intelligence in Business Fundamentals Course or already have a basic understanding of AI.

The focus of the program is strategic, focusing on the management and ethical implications of AI in the business environment. You will learn about the AI value chain, digital transformation, risk identification and security, as well as related regulation and policies. Through hands-on workshops and case studies, you'll explore implementing AI strategies and managing their risks.

In addition, the course offers a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge in a real AI project. You will have the possibility to develop and execute a project in an authentic business environment, either working on your own initiative or collaborating with third parties.

As an added value, the training includes masterclasses with international experts who will address relevant topics such as AI and sustainability, corporate social responsibility and the future of work. The Course on Implementation and Governance of Artificial Intelligence (5 ECTS) is the second module of theProgramme in Artificial Intelligence in Business (15 ECTS), a University Expert degree at Ramon Llull University. The credits are validable in the case of completing the complete training itinerary.
