The Degree in Health Engineering is a degree from the Ramon Llull University, designed by the Higher Technical School of Engineering of La Salle and the Faculty of Health Sciences of Blanquerna.
This degree combines a complete training in engineering, management, innovation and health sciences, with a human and healthcare vision. 50%of the degree's credits correspond to subjects related to computer and telecommunications engineering, 23% to health sciences and 7% to management and innovation.
Thus, the new degree fits in with the positioning and pillars that identify the engineering and health sciences studies of La Salle and Blanquerna respectively: technology, innovation, internationalization, technology-based entrepreneurship, welfare, social impact and humanism.
Thanks to this multidisciplinary approach, students of the Degree in Health Engineering will have unique skills between the technological, medical and health fields, will carry out internships in hospitals and companies in the sector, and will acquire skills to lead the technological advances that will define the medicine of the future.
