La Salle Campus Barcelona, a founding member of the Universitat Ramon Llull, has celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Master of Science in Project Management, the first in Spain and which since 1999 has been a pioneer in the training of more than 8,000 professionals from around the world, making the campus a global benchmark in project management training. The celebration event, held on November 7, was a special event full of emotions in which great moments and reunions were relived and debates were held with experts from the sector and the Project Management Institute (PMI) on the future of the profession.
The event featured experts and professionals who analyzed the history of the master's degree and the future challenges for the university and companies. The welcoming remarks were given by Montse Griñó, Coordinator of Online Masters at La Salle Campus Barcelona; and the first presentation was given by Lluís Soldevila, International Speaker and CEO of Acktitude. The central debate of the event, entitled ‘The Future of Project Management’, featured Josep M. Piqué, Executive President of La Salle Technova, the innovation park on campus; Xavier Albaladejo, Organizational Development for Complex Environments; Juliana Correa, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Leade, Europe at the PMI; and Alfonso Bucero, PMI Fellow with more than 40 years of experience in companies such as HP, ICL and Fujitsu.
The event was closed with words from the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the ESAN University of Peru, Eddy Morris; the Director of Marketing and Business Development at La Salle Campus Barcelona, Maria Pilar Torné; and the General Director of La Salle Campus Barcelona, Josep M. Santos.
Taught by the La Salle International School of Commerce and Digital Economy (FICEDLS), the Master of Science in Project Management is an international reference recognized by the Project Management Institute with the GAC certification, which guarantees the academic quality and constant updating of the contents. In addition to having obtained 5 stars in the prestigious international rating system QS STARS, it is regularly in the news for consolidating itself in the most important rankings in the university sector: QS Business Masters Rankings 2025, El Mundo Másters Online, Forbes and El Mundo Másters.
The Master in SAP Functional Consulting is also celebrating its anniversary
This year, the Master in SAP Functional Consulting taught by FICEDLS at La Salle Campus Barcelona is also celebrating its 25th anniversary. This postgraduate training is recognized for training SAP consultants who are prepared to take advantage of the opportunities in the business world and stand out in a highly competitive field. The commemoration event will be held on campus on November 13 and will feature the participation of Ana Encinas, general manager of AUSAPE; Juan Pedro García, Head of Training and Adoption at SAP; Ricardo Langa, Partner and Head of Enterprise Solutions Spain at NTT DATA; Anna Oró, COO SAP Spain; Manel Santos, consulting director at Seidor; and Nacho Santillana, advisor at AUSAPE.
The recognitions and achievements of the master's degrees taught by the campus reinforce the mission of La Salle Campus Barcelona to train innovative and entrepreneurial professionals who add value and contribute to the construction of a fairer and more sustainable world.
