Jay Moran
Jay Moran teaches courses in leadership, strategy and marketing. His book Why Are We Bad at Picking Good Leaders? was selected by The Globe and Mail as one of the Top 10 business books of 2011, and he has written for Corporate Board, Leadership Excellence, The Financial Times and numerous other periodicals and journals. Moran is also a co-founder and Managing Partner of the Leadership & Innovation Advisory Group, a boutique consultancy. As an expert in executive leadership development, Moran works with large organizations to implement first-rate succession planning and talent management systems. Earlier in his career, Moran worked as a corporate lawyer with the global firm King & Spalding LLP. He has a B.A. in economics, M.B.A., law degree, and master's degree in public administration, most recently from Harvard University, where the focus of his study was leadership.
