She obtained her Phd and Master in research at the IQS School of Management, Ramon Llull University, she completed her bachelor´s degree in Industrial Relations at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Mexico, validating his studies in Labor Relations at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).

Her current research focuses on human resources, organizational behavior and innovation, areas in which she has focused her teaching.

Previously, she has collaborated in various universities and worked as the logistics coordinator of the human resources team at the XVI Panamerican Games (Guadalajara, Mexico). Likewise, she has participated in other jobs related to the education sector and business management.
