He began his career in usability more than 10 years ago at la Salle´s UserLab, where he conducted several studies in emerging sectors such as home automation or the first models of interactive television. He was part of the first usability team of Everis group, working on analysis and redesign projects of different websites of national and European companies, such as the official office of trademarks, designs and models of the European Union. He focused on intranets and transactional banking sites, managing and executing projects for large companies in the sector such as Unicaja, Caixa Galicia or Banco Popular. Since 2011, he is part of the CaixaBank Digital Business´ user experience team, reviewing and improving the user experience of CaixaBank´s electronic channels. He has participated as a speaker on user test methodologies in various editions of the "Human-Computer Interaction" master´s degree at the University of Lleida and the UX postgraduate course at the Ramon Llull University.
